Registration Issues
1. Did you not receive your confirmation email after completing registration?
Please check your bulk or spam folder as sometimes spam filters might block our email. If your registration email arrives in your bulk or spam folder, add this email address to your address book or list of trusted senders to assure that future mailings are received successfully: labs.mailer@jaduka.com.
2. Did you forget your Jaduka Labs login password?
If you have forgotten your login password, please enter the email you used to register with and we will replace your forgotten password with a temporary password and email your new login information to you. You may then, at any time after login in, change your password to something more suitable.
System Requirements
1. What is required to use Jaduka Labs?
The system requirements for running and using Jaduka Labs applications are simple. If you have a computer with an Internet
browser and an Internet connection, you can use the Jaduka Labs applications.
- A computer running Microsoft Windows, Mac or Linux.
- An Internet connection.
- An Internet browser - Microsoft Internet Explorer (Version 5.0 or greater), Mozilla Firefox Browser (Version 1.5 or greater), Safari for Mac.
- A mobile or landline telephone to receive calls.
Using Jaduka Labs
1. What is Jaduka Labs?
Jaduka Labs is an interactive showcase of free Web applications and widgets created by Jaduka's engineering
team to showcase our powerful voice communication technology.
2. How do I use Jaduka Labs?
You must first successfully register for a new FREE Jaduka Labs account to use any of the Jaduka Labs applications.
Once you have registered, received your confirmation email and are successfully logged into Jaduka Labs, you can freely
use any of the Jaduka Labs applications.
3. Do I have to download or install anything to use Jaduka Labs?
No. With the exception of dukaBAR, which is a toolbar plug-in, all Jaduka Labs applications are web-based-you only
need an Internet connection and your web browser to use them.
4. Is Jaduka Labs technology based on Voice Over IP (VOIP) service?
No. Jaduka Labs basic web initiated calling functionality consists of a phone to phone call routed through
the regular global public switched telephone network (PSTN). Jaduka's technology sits on top of a rock-solid
telecommunications switching platform developed and maintained by our parent company, NetworkIP. By combining its
technology and unique services portfolio with the capabilities of NetworkIP, Jaduka is leading the worldwide adoption
of voice-enabled Internet applications by offering applications such as dukaDIAL to enterprises and consumers alike.
5. Does Jaduka Labs contain adware or spyware?
No. Jaduka Labs applications do not contain adware or spyware. We do not collect any private data from our
users (aside from their registration data which is never shared with anyone) and do not store or collect the
phone numbers entered into applications.
6. Is Jaduka Labs REALLY Free?
Yes! Phone to phone calls to numbers in North America using dukaDIAL and our other applications are free of long distance
or connection charges. We are offering this service to demonstrate the capabilities or our applications and network.
There are no hidden fees. Note: dukaDIAL Calls to mobile numbers or using your mobile number to connect dukaDIAL calls are
subject to the charges, terms and conditions of the mobile carrier agreement associated with the mobile number being used.
